Release:
I understand there are risks of physical injury in participating in sports and recreational activities or programs.
I hereby release the town of North Attleborough, its employees, officials, and agents from any and all liability or loss or damage to personal property that, my child or I may experience in connection with activities sponsored by the North Attleborough Park & Recreation Department.
I also consent to the use of my or my child’s photo, video, artwork etc. by the dept for flyers, presentations etc.
Refund Policy
If your child withdraws from the program after the program has started there will be a $10 refund fee ($25 for Summer Playground Programs).
Late Fee
If you are not paid in full by the time the program starts or the payment deadline, there will be $10 late fee ($25 late fee for Summer Playground Program).
