Snapology's mission is to provide children an opportunity to engage in "playful learning" activities that will stimulate their creativity and spark an interest in learning. Our activities are designed to reinforce the core competencies and curricula being taught at each grade level. Research has shown that many of children’s best learning experiences come when they are engaged not simply in interacting with materials but in designing, creating, and inventing with them. Our activities offer students an environment where they encouraged to create and interact with materials and technology enabling them to explore solutions through hands on playful learning.
Explore our fun and engaging programs designed to stimulate creativity and spark an interest in learning. We offer a wide variety of programs so your child can always find something new to explore as they grow and learn.
Half day week or full day weeks are available. Our programs are structured into 3 hour programs that are offered Monday - Friday. Pair two programs together for a full day experience. All full day participants will have an hour in between programs to enjoy their lunch and time with new friends. Morning sessions will be from 8:45 am to 11:45 am and afternoon sessions will start at 12:45 pm and end at 3:45 pm. Those staying the full day will have their lunches and have a recess time at the playground (weather permitting) from 11:45 - 12:45.

Castles, Kingdoms and Wizards
Amusement Park Adventure (Mechanical Engineering): Children love going to amusement parks to experience the variety of fast, dropping, and sipping rides, but most haven’t thought or learned about the science that goes into building those rides and the people who are responsible for designing them. In this Snapology class, student will become mechanical engineers of their own LEGO® brick amusement park rides and will learn the core physics and engineering concepts used to make a ride thrilling. Rides will then come to life with LEGO® power hubs and electric motors! (Grades 1 – 3)
Superheroes (STEAM): To the Batcave! In this program, your learner will create their very own superheroes, design secret hideouts, and build epic battle scenes with their classmates. Your little superhero is sure to have a blast creating a fantasy world full of their favorite characters and planets from both the DC and Marvel universes. Everyone is destined to unleash some of their own superpowers in this super program! (Grades 1 – 3)
Creature Creator (Robotics): In this Snapology class, animal loving students will create their own creature inspired robotic models. The guided builds provide hands on experience with pulley wheels, gear ratio, tilt and morion sensors, combining simple machines, and basic programming. The companion application connects via Bluetooth, and students use picture-block coding to bring their insects, dolphins, and gorillas, (and more) to life! A great experience in engineering design and practical robotic problem solving, children will be challenged in fun ways that will captivate their interests and frow their technical skills! (Grades 2 – 4)
Castles, Kingdoms and Wizards (STEAM): Who wouldn’t want to escape and play int eh world of magic, fairytales and royalty? In this Snapology’s Castles & Kingdoms program, students will have the opportunity to use LEGO® bricks to design their medieval fantasies while also bringing the real history to life! Yes, your student will do more than just build with LEGO® bricks, they will build their historical understanding of the unique elements that make the medieval period such a fascinating point in human history. (Grades 2 – 4)
Please note: In order to ensure the affordability of Snapology programs, children do not get to keep or take home their projects; however, we capture their creative achievements through photography, allowing parents to admire and cherish their creations.
