The WWI Memorial Park & Zoo was started in 1968 with only two deer. In 1970, a memorial was dedicated to Pvt. Edward P. Nolan, as his efforts were instrumental in the establishment of the WWI Park & Zoo. The Zoo has grown to include donkeys, horses, alpacas, emus, pigs, goats and more!
Donations to the NA Zoo Account are used to enhance habitats and off set the increase of feed costs.
