North Attleboro Park and Recreation offers Zumba® for adults at Mason Field House.  Classes will be offered on Fridays from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm.  The cost for the drop in is $5.00 per class. 
     Classes will be lead by Sara Greene, a certified  Zumba® instructor.   Her Zumba® classes blend Latin beats with current radio hits.  Her style is high energy with an emphasis on fitness and toning. Though a typical Zumba®  class with Sara may be fast paced, feel free to dance at your own rate, and to your own beat.  You will never be criticized for having your own Zumba®  style!   Just get ready to have fun and get in shape.
